Line Striping & Signage
A well-striped lot isn't just about looking good, it's about keeping traffic flowing, keeping pedestrians safe, and maintaining ADA compliance. Whether you're restriping faded lines or laying out a brand-new lot, we offer crisp, durable markings that meet local regulations. We also install signage for reserved parking, directional flow, fire lanes, and more. Our team handles both layout and execution, so everything lines up exactly how it should.
Signs it’s time for Line Striping:
Lines are faded, chipped, or hard to see, especially at night or in rain
You just had sealcoating done and the old markings are gone
A new lot layout needs striping for the first time
Reserved, accessible, or fire lane signage is missing, outdated, or non-compliant
How it Works, Step by Step:
Assess the lot. We look at the current layout, any local code requirements, and what markings or signage are needed.
Prep the surface. Striping needs a clean, dry surface to bond properly.
Lay out the design. Spacing, ADA-compliant spaces, directional flow, and fire lanes are marked out before painting.
Stripe and install. Parking spaces, stop bars, and all other markings are applied using state of the art sprayers and high-quality, durable paint.
Let it cure. Fresh striping needs time to dry before the lot reopens to traffic.
Considerations
Striping has to go down on a clean, dry surface. Some signage types may need customer-provided specs or city approval before installation. If you're getting sealcoating done first, striping happens right after, once the surface has fully cured, typically 24 to 48 hours.
How pricing is determined
Striping is priced per linear foot or per parking space. Signage is priced per unit, including labor for installation.
Frequently Asked Questions

This is separate from sealcoat cure time. Fresh paint typically dries enough for light traffic within a few hours, though we'll give you the exact window for your specific job and weather conditions.
-
Most jobs are a straightforward restripe of the existing layout. A new layout only makes sense if you're changing the flow of the lot, adding spaces, or bringing an older layout up to current code.

Yes. Beyond standard parking lines, we handle fire lanes, loading zones, directional arrows, and other specialty markings your property needs.
-
It depends on the type. Some signage, particularly ADA-related signage, may require specs or approval from the city before installation. We'll flag anything that needs sign-off before we move forward.
