4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We are not responsible for damage caused by underlying structural issues, unmarked utilities, or changes in weather that may affect project timelines. Clients are responsible for notifying us of any access limitations, HOA regulations, or local restrictions.

6. Warranty

Most services are covered by a limited workmanship warranty, unless otherwise specified. Normal wear and tear, damage due to weather, misuse, or lack of maintenance are not covered.
